The corporate procurement workflow we follow

1. Brief intake. You share quantity, occasion, expected delivery date, budget range, and brand guidelines.
2. Spec recommendation. Within 24 hours we send 2-3 spec options with per-piece pricing — usually a value, mid, and premium choice. You shortlist one.
3. Sample approval. Stitched sample with your logo posted to your office for review (chargeable but adjusted against final invoice). We hold dispatch until you sign-off.
4. PO and advance. You issue a PO; we issue a proforma; 50% advance triggers production start.
5. Production updates. Photos at fabric, post-cutting, mid-stitching, and pre-dispatch stages — sent on WhatsApp or email as you prefer.
6. Pre-dispatch inspection. AQL 2.5 audit, 3-4 random pieces couriered for final visual approval if your timeline allows.
7. Balance payment + dispatch. Balance 50% before goods leave the factory. Tax invoice, e-way bill (where applicable), and packing list shared with each consignment.
8. Multi-city split. If your order is for multiple offices, we split into city-wise cartons with separate tracking and delivery slots.

Embroidery (best for premium / long-life uniforms)

Flat embroidery on left chest, with up to 8,000 stitches included in our standard rate. For multi-colour logos we colour-match thread to your Pantone code (best-effort match — embroidery thread is not a perfect Pantone system, but we get close). 3D puff embroidery is reserved for premium gifting because it has limited wash cycles before it begins to flatten.

Screen printing (best for events and high-volume runs)

One to four spot colours on chest, back, sleeve, or all-over. Setup cost is recovered above 100 pieces. Holds up to 50+ washes. Our preferred method for sales conferences, town halls, and product launches.

DTF (best for full-colour and short runs)

Direct-to-film transfers — full-colour photographic logos with no setup cost, ideal for 50-150 piece runs. Hand-feel is slightly heavier than screen print.

Sublimation (best for sports/jersey-style uniforms)

Edge-to-edge print, no fade, but works only on polyester. Common for sales-team field kits and sports-day tshirts.
